Itinerary
Day 01 :
ARRIVAL IN RIGA - CHECK IN - DAY AT LEISURE
- Welcome to Riga ! Upon arrival, meet & greet our representative.
- Transfer to the hotel & check in.
- Rest and rejuvenate at your hotel, Overnight at Riga.
*Note - Standard check-in time to your hotel room will be 14:00/15:00.
Day 02 :
FULL DAY EXCURSION TO SIGULDA & TURAIDA
- Fuel up with the delicious breakfast at the hotel for the day.
- We depart for the guided tour of Sigulda, known as the "Switzerland of Latvia" due to its stunning landscapes.
- Visit Sigulda Castle and learn about its history as a medieval fortress.
- Explore the beautiful Sigulda Castle Gardens.
- Later, we move towards Turaida, home to one of Latvia's most iconic landmarks.
- Visit Turaida Castle, a medieval castle offering panoramic views of the Gauja River valley.
- Explore the Turaida Museum Reserve, which includes historic buildings and exhibits related to Latvian culture and history.
- Overnight in Riga.
Day 03 :
RUNDALE PALACE TOUR
- Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
- After breakfast, embark for the Rundale Palace tour.
- Marvel at the palace’s elegant design, featuring symmetrical façades, ornate decorations, and lavish interiors.
- The structure’s harmonious blend of Baroque and Rococo styles creates a majestic and timeless aesthetic.
- Overnight in Riga.
Day 04 :
RIGA CITY TOUR - DEPARTURE
- Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
- Today after check out, we will embark for the Riga city tour.
- Sightseeing Tour begins with driving along the central boulevards of Riga.
- Enjoying the view of the City Canal parks, the Bastion Hill, the Powder Tower, the Latvian National Theatre.
- We will enjoy the panoramic views of the Fine Arts Museum, the Art Nouveau buildings of the beginning of the century and the Freedom Monument.
- Exterior view of the Opera House, and Daugava River with its bridges.
- Get transferred to the airport for your homebound flight.

- All documents must be in English, translated to English.
- One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size must be 3.5 x 4.5 cm with a light background. Photo glued on application form. Head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Booking Deposit Fees – AED 1500.00 per person. Non-refundable deposit. (Upon booking confirmation)
Second Payment – 100% of the balance amount including extras booked. (45 days before departure or with visa submission whichever comes first)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
- 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
- Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are subject to availability.
- Above is just a quote, no booking has been made yet.
- Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
- Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
- The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
- There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
- In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
- You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
- Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
Notes:
- Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
- It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
- Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
- Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
